  Made fresh at our farmhouse every morning – this is high quality Desi Ghee.

  We milk the cows early morning. Milk is then fermented overnight to make yogurt.

  Next day, yogurt is churned to make cultured butter (makhan). Once the yogurt is converted into butter, it is warmed on low flame wood fire to convert butter into cultured ghee.
